"..nothing can weaken His love" - Romans 8:38-39 (TPT)

The wondrous beauty of the love of Christ is beyond all words and expectations. He is captivating and strong, yet gentle and kind. Majestic and Holy, yet approachable and friendly.

There are so many ways to describe the love of Jesus, in reality, but it is beyond our capability to illustrate the complexity of His love, yet He is in everything.

"Before anything else existed, there was Christ, with God. He has always been alive and is himself God. He created everything there is—nothing exists that he didn't make. Eternal life is in him, and this life gives light to all mankind. His life is the light that shines through the darkness—and the darkness can never extinguish it."
John 1:1-5 (TLB)

Keith Green wrote a song that was recorded back in 1977, which had lyrics that captured the hearts of the Christian community and the non-believers alike and gave words to those of us who were not poetic.

His words gave us a glimpse of a life without Christ, which in perspective seemed dreamlike by comparison, even though it appeared to be real, the missing component was the love of God, here is the chorus:

"Like waking up from the longest dream, how real it seemed
Until your love broke through
I've been lost in a fantasy, that blinded me
Until your love broke through"

Notice He doesn't say it was an effort of His own to get God's love; it was God's love that broke through. God is able to save to the uttermost, not because we deserve it, but because He bought and paid for our salvation by sacrificing Himself on the cross.

You may ask Why! Why did God lavish His love upon us through Jesus? The reason is God was committed to humankind to be His imagers in this world.
God could have snuffed out Satan and His Demons, but man would have never realized his position that God had created for Him.

God wanted to restore us to the Edenic model, which was his desire all along, not that we would frolic naked in some  garden somewhere with no purpose, but that we would become that fertile garden that God would abide in. We must recognize that we weren't called to have dominion over the earth just externally, we were meant to have Eden abide in us, and for us and rule from a place of balance where Christ is recognized as the head of all things both naturally and spiritually where we submit to Him.

Dominion over the earth has always been a controversial topic since the beginning of creation. Dominion was never supposed to be about corporate rule over the earth which it has become, it was intended to be about God's people who have the Garden of the Lord residing inside of them and have authority and responsibility for their garden to preserve it and sustain it through difficult as well as good times that it may prosper and grow. That is where the Lord lives and walks, which is amid His garden, and He talks with us and shares His great love with us to remind us that we must trust Him for the increase in all things.

"My work was to plant the seed in your hearts, and Apollos' work was to water it, but it was God, not we, who made the garden grow in your hearts. The person who does the planting or watering isn't very important, but God is important because he is the one who makes things grow."
1 Corinthians 3:6-7 (TLB)

Paul saw this as an analogy of how we operate in this world. Eden is planted in our hearts as a seed and God makes it grow and prosper in our heart and we reflect what is growing in our lives.

Satan and the gods of this world were attempting to re-create Eden on their terms without God, creating a utopia out of their own effort, and God would have none of it. God wanted to re-create Eden within His people so that they could both see and experience Eden from a spiritual perspective and begin to live within that place of provision where Christ is King.

Many people still believe that there are so many things that they need to get rid of in their lives so that they can become closer with God, but that was never the requirement, God always receives us just as we are and begins the process (His process) of cleansing and healing. We are washed by the word (which is the presence of God), which transforms us and changes us into becoming imagers of God Himself.

"We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."
2 Corinthians 3:18 (TPT)

The veil is the law of this natural world that hides the spiritual world, and when we come to Christ the veil is removed and we see Christ and the sacrifice he gave for us to make us free from that law.  We are free to live in the freedom of God's wondrous love.  As we step into that freedom we are being transformed into the likeness of Christ and share in the Joy of His creation.

That is the love of God!

Be Blessed;
