"Your have done amazing things.." - Isaiah 25:1-3 (GNT)

My wife and I had a long talk last night about the exodus from California; many Spirit-Filled Christian people are leaving the State and are strategically being placed by God elsewhere all over the country.

I had initially thought it was just the liberal politics that was driving Christian people away from California. Still, the more I sought the Lord about the matter, I sensed that this exodus had a more divine leading rather than just an aversion of liberal politics.

God is taking many mature Spirit-Filled Christian men and women who have been raised in California for many years (in some cases for generations) and placing them in different cities throughout the country. The purpose of this placement is for God's people to pray and intercede in areas that need their influence to raise a standard of the righteousness of Christ so that many may come to Jesus.  Isaiah 59:19 (MEV)

Prophetically I have seen California as the birthing and rearing place for many believers and for many ministries that have gone on to fulfill the great commission to reach the world for Christ Jesus. Specifically, the Sacramento region is one of those areas that God has used for that purpose for many generations.

There have been many intercessors raised up in this geographical region; they have prayed earnestly and sought God for His strength and power to bring about a revival of His Spirit and His power in Sacramento. (The historical meaning of the word Sacramento is "the place of the Sacrament" – which is the body and blood of Jesus).

Rest assured that our enemies (both spiritual and natural) are intimately aware of the significance of the name Sacramento has and its deep historical ties to the purposes of Christ.

There are principalities and powers (elohim-lesser spiritual entities in rebellion to our God), which have been withheld for many years from taking California to utter ruin, so that God could raise many sons and daughters to come forth into full maturity.

The purpose of writing this post is not to bag on California, but to offer praise to the Lord for what He has done through California to bless the world.

We live in exciting times, I believe we will see the return of the Lord in our lifetime, and He is moving people around in preparation for His return.

So what happens with California? Even though California is a hotbed of spiritual activity, it has an anointing and a purpose in God's eternal plan. I also believe that God will continue to raise up Godly men and women in California who will take up the fight for the Kingdom, who will grow in the strength of the Lord. They will take their place to withstand the onslaught of the enemies of God and hold back the evil that is advancing in our nation.

"Let us be concerned for one another, to help one another to show love and to do good. Let us not give up the habit of meeting together, as some are doing. Instead, let us encourage one another all the more, since you see that the Day of the Lord is coming nearer."
Hebrews 10:24-25 (GNT)

Our God has done great things, and this is only the beginning. He is revealing Himself in unprecedented ways. The more that we as believers make a stand for the Kingdom of God, the more that Kingdom permeates into the natural world. It is as if there is a thinning between the natural and the spiritual, and the spiritual becomes more evident.

Jesus predicted that we would do greater things than He did because He was going to the Father, as the spiritual world becomes much clearer we will be able to see and do things that were hidden from us only a few years ago.

Walking in the spiritual realm of God's Kingdom is a reality that brings me much hope for the future.

"We don't yet see things clearly. We're squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won't be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We'll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!"
1 Corinthians 13:12 (MSG)

The reality of Eden was where God physically walked on the earth with man and the host of heaven (the counsil of God) continually worshipping God for His goodness and His creative strength. Man interacted with God and worshipped with this heavenly council. (the elders and the host of heaven)

Today's passage in Isaiah speaks that God's ancient plans from long ago have been carried out. We may not see the evidence of it in our time, but remember that God is not bound by time as we are. It also speaks of the people of the nations who were once cruel will turn to Him and will praise Him. It doesn't say anything about their governments but addresses the people of these powerful nations and cities.

I am so excited to live in a time where God is moving powerfully, and I truly want to see nations and cities come to praise the Lord and bow to His name.

"And so, in honor of the name of Jesus all beings in heaven, on earth, and in the world below will fall on their knees, and all will openly proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:10-11 (GNT)

God is good all the time, all the time God is good!
