God’s faithfulness does reach to the future generations of
us who believe.
When we interact with
our children and grandchildren we stand firm in Christ from a position of
promise, promise that He will do what He said He would do, and seek out and draw
our families to Himself. I am amazed at how God does this far beyond my hopes or expectations, namely because He
is God.
God can do the seemingly impossible and reach the hardest heart by offering grace and mercy to anyone. Do we pray for those needing salvation? sure we do, we pray that God’s mercy would be extended quickly so that suffering is minimized to anyone needing His touch.
It is not a matter of trusting in hope alone, but a matter of surety that God has spoken, and that He will perform, even if it takes a lifetime, God will perform!
Psalms 103: 17-18
