"If your brother or sister sins..." - Matthew 18:15

We need to be an encouragement to our brothers and sisters in Christ and offer them loving correction when necessary.  It should never about us being right and them being wrong, that is a matter for the Lord to decide.  It is more about restoring relational dialogue between our brother or sister, and bringing them back to right relationship with the Lord. 

We are tethered to the Lord and to each other by His cords of love.
